Sarra Lashhab

I’m so glad you are here taking a brave step towards healing!

Healing Loudly is created based on the idea that survivors of abuse often suffer in silence. I understand that there are many different factors out of your control that impacts your ability to speak up about what happened to you. It’s hard to speak up about a topic when others have blamed you for what happened or maybe you even blame yourself.

This is a place where you don’t have to be silent about the abuse. I believe you and together we are healing loudly. My role with you may look like helping you learn how to speak up for yourself, be compassionate to yourself, re-learn that the abuse isn’t your fault, and set boundaries with others in your life.

Even if you have never struggled with abuse, asking for help is difficult. Thinking about being vulnerable with a stranger might make you want to throw up. However, we can work towards you feeling more empowered in your life.

Welcome to My Therapy Office

This is where you’re invited to explore your healing journey. My therapy office is created so you can exhale as soon as you walk through the door. With soft, neutral tones and cozy furniture, you will be able to create a sense of calmness the moment you step in. I’ve created this space with you in mind to help you feel comfortable and grounded as we work together. To help you feel as supported as possible, I provide fidget toys, journals, tissues, and a selection of snacks and candies.
