Healing Your Inner Child Workshop

This is a super creative workshop where we will be connecting with your younger self through a two hour guided collage.

What you get to look forward to:

• Unique art experience lead by two licensed mental health professionals

• Promoting self-love & acceptance

• Love letter writing to your younger self

• Exploring ways to nurture yourself through collage

• Nostalgic childhood snacks

All art materials will be supplied and no prior art experience is required. We do encourage you bring a photo of yourself when you were a child to be able to connect to yourself and draw inspiration during the event. This is an adult(18+) only event to help you connect with healing the little you that is deserving of love.
